Futuristic quadruped robot with transparent core and glowing orange components, rendered in Houdini as a technical product visualization and procedural build-up animation showcase.

/ About the project

The goal of this project was to develop a procedural system that generates build-up animations from any input model.

In this example, I used a CAD file of a quadruped robot, converted it to FBX, and imported it into Houdini. By turning each connected mesh into a separate packed primitive, it becomes possible to animate all parts procedurally with a single setup. This means you can swap in a different object and instantly create a working build-up animation.
